The Amend Group provided land brokerage, land development, architectural, and construction management services for MCI’s new regional customer care center in San Antonio, Texas. The construction type is pre-cast concrete with ribbon glass curtain walls. The complex spans more than 400,000 square feet on more than 70 acres north of downtown San Antonio in the hill country.

The architecture of the building blends with the hill country landscape. The interior construction is based on an open plan with Herman Miller Etho Space Systems furniture used for the open areas as well as the private, hard wall offices of managers and supervisors. The buildings have a full-service cafeteria and a large fitness center for employee use. Each building pod is linked by connector bridges. Surface parking is provided for all employees and visitors to the site.
